Who we are
Prime Association Management (PAM) was established in 2011, and is licensed by Dubai Government’s Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to practice the management of Owners’ Associations in accordance with JOP Law NO. 6 of 2019 of Dubai and its directions.
PAM serves JOP properties of all types in the residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotels and hotel apartments sectors and offers a comprehensive JOP management services including the registration of the JOP, financial management, service fee collection and asset management among others.
PAM has a thorough understanding of all aspects of community management and is committed to protecting the owners’ investment, delivering exceptional service levels, and maintaining open and well-defined channels of communication.
For around 10 years now, PAM has been successful in managing more than 9 million (9,000,000) sq. ft. of common areas in various communities in Dubai; thus, supporting owners and residents attain their aims of well-maintained properties, as well as preserving and enhancing the communities’ values. OA Management
At PAM we provide A-Z solutions for community management needs. Our bespoke services include but are not limited to community and OA management, financial management, financial reporting, service charge budget, service fee collections, online customer service available to residents and owners, complete asset management and service providers’ management.

Consultancy Services
We Provide consultancy services to developers early in the project lifecycle to provide a clear roadmap for the post-handover phase of the project, preparation of the Jointly owned property declaration JOPD and building Management statement BMS, Final Survey, common area site plan and the opening of escrow account for the purpose of service charge collections and payments.

Bespoke Solutions
We, in cooperation with our strategic partners, are extending solutions from our repertoire of services to other GCC countries. In addition, we create specialist solutions to provide bespoke services outside of our current portfolio.
